Here is the full description of Vaisakha month special Srinivasa Kalyanam:

Vaisakha month specialty

Vaisakha month is named as "Madhava Masam". Madhav means Lord Vishnu. Donations, dharma and deity blessings done in this month will give inexhaustible results. It is tradition to celebrate this Kalyanotsava especially on Sravana Nakshatra or Vaisakh Shukla Dashami which is the marriage star of Swami.

Benefits of Kalyana

Conjugal Reciprocity: Viewing this Kalyana strengthens the bond between the married couple.

Attainment of Marriage: Unmarried young women will get married soon after the defects in the horoscope are removed.

All Wealth: Due to the welfare of Goddess Padmavati, who is the form of Lakshmi, there is no shortage of grain and money in the house.

Loka Shanti: This festival brings peace and prosperity in the society.

The process of Kalyanam

Srinivasa Kalyanam is performed in the most magnificent way, witnessing the Vedic mantras.

Worship of Vishwaksena: According to Vaishnava tradition, Vishwaksena, the army chief, is worshiped first without any disturbance.

Punyahavachana: Purification of pooja dravyas by contact.

Pravara: Reciting Swami's Vaikuntha Vamsa and Amma's Akasharaja Vamsa Krama.

Mangalsutra dharana: In the most auspicious muhurtam, mangalsutra dharana is performed to Goddess Padmavati on behalf of Swami. At this time the devotees are thrilled with the remembrance of Govinda's name.

Talambras: The main event in this ceremony is when the Swami and the Ammavars pour the pearl Talambras on each other.

Naivedyam & Harati: Finally laddoos, vadas and other pastries are offered as offerings and camphor neerajanam is given.

Rules to be observed by the devotees

Sravana Bhakti: It is good to listen to the Leelas of the Lord or chant "Om Namo Venkatesaya" in the mind while the Kalyanam is taking place.

Silk cloths: If possible offering silk cloths to Kalyan or offering turmeric and saffron will get Goddess' grace.

** Annadanam:** Giving Annadanam after Kalyanam in this month is most pious.

Tirumala Visheshem: During the month of Vaisakh, Tirumala Kshetra also has "Vasanthotsavams" which are very pleasing to the Lord. Devotees consider visiting Srinivasa Kalyan at this time as a blessing of birth.
