Ekadashi & Dwadashi: On these days which are auspicious to Lord Vishnu, it is a privilege to perform Sudarshana Homam.
Saturday: Saturday is best for Vishnu worship.
Wednesday: Sudarshana Chakra is considered to be the ruler of Mercury, so can be done on Wednesday as well.
Janma Nakshatra: It can also be done on the day of their Janma Nakshatra for solving personal problems.
